Shri. R. K. BAKSHI – Chairman

Shri. Bakshi has been a career banker starting his career with Bank of India in 1975. Shri. Bakshi has rich experience of working as Head of Treasury and of Large Corporate Credit. He also has wide overseas experience having worked at London & Singapore.

A seasoned banker, Shri. Bakshi’s varied areas of expertise also include operations, planning as well as being a faculty in the Training College. In his earlier assignment as the General Manager of Bank of India, he introduced and handled Business Process Reengineering and Change Management successfully. At present, he is Executive Director of Bank of Baroda.

Shri. Bakshi has been appointed as the Chairman of BOB Capital Markets Limited with effect from 5th May 2010.

Shri. T. R. Prashanth Kumar - Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Shri. T.R Prashanth Kumar has been appointed as Managing Director and CEO on the Board of BOB Capital Markets Ltd with effect from 15th March 2010.

He has more than two decades of experience in financial services domain and has served in various capacities in public and private undertakings. His last assignment was with Birla Capital and Financial Services Ltd. as the Chief Executive Officer. He has been associated with SBI Capital Markets Ltd., Edelweiss Capital Ltd., Karvy Investor Services Ltd., and Enam Securties Ltd. in various capacities.

Shri. P. H. Ravi Kumar - Independent Director

Shri. P. H. Ravi kumar, Independent Director, has over three decades of experience in Banking. He served for two decades for Bank of India in India and abroad at various levels. He Served for ICICI Bank in various capacities from both grass root (Branch) level areas as well as administrative areas for over period of 10 years. Presently, he is serving as Managing Director & CEO for Invent Assets Securitisation & Reconstruction Private Limited.

He has been appointed as an Independent Director of BOB Capital Markets Limited with effect from 17th September 2009.

Shri. N. Ramani - Nominee Director

Shri. N.Ramani is a Corporate General Manager heading the Wholesale Banking department of Bank of Baroda. He served in various capacities across India and abroad in the Bank for more than three decades. He has been appointed as a Nominee Director for and on behalf of Bank of Baroda on Board of Directors of BOB Capital Markets Limited with effect from 14th November 2008.

Shri. Raj Kumar Aggarwal - Independent Director

Shri. Raj Kumar Aggarwal is a leading Chartered Accountant practising in New Delhi. He is a Senior Partner of M/s Raj K. Aggarwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants firm. He has been appointed as an Independent Director of BOB capital Markets Limited with effect from 20th December 2007.

Shri Pramod Singhvi – Whole Time Director

Shri Pramod Singhvi, Assistant General Manager, Bank of Baroda has versatile & diverse exposure in banking operations with rich experience in credit area. He has been appointed as Whole Time Director w.e.f. 1^st Jan, 2012
